Put the first CRO return on your calendar as soon as your company is incorporated. Use this guide to prepare your questions and information before applying.
The first return date
A company’s first annual return date is six months after incorporation. The first return generally does not require financial statements. The filing period and later accounts requirements should be checked against current CRO guidance.
Know what the return records
Form B1 updates company information held by the CRO. Even a company that has not traded may have filing obligations. An annual return is different from a tax return or a confirmation statement in another jurisdiction.
Package support
Standard, Premium and Non-Resident include the first annual return service. Standalone support is €176.00. Ask the team about the information and signatures required well before the deadline.
Plan subsequent compliance
Later annual returns and financial statements require additional preparation. Agree accounting support and maintain officer, ownership and company records throughout the year.
