What we prepare
Every package covers the incorporation filing fee, Certificate of Incorporation, company constitution and share certificates. We review your formation information and prepare documents for signature before CRO submission.
From application to incorporation
Choose your package, provide the formation information and review your prepared documents. The CRO decides whether to incorporate the company. Processing depends on the current queue and whether the application is complete.
After your company is formed
Maintain company records and plan RBO registration, any required Revenue registration and your annual return. These are distinct obligations. Compare package inclusions and ask about ongoing support.
