Official notices and correspondence are directed to the company’s registered office. Choose a physical Irish address where communications can be received and handled reliably.
Using your own address
You may already have a suitable Irish address. Consider who receives mail, privacy implications and the need to keep the CRO’s records accurate if you move. A UK service-provider address cannot replace this requirement.
Our address service
Registered office support is €176.00 per year as a separate service and is included in the Premium formation package. Confirm the service arrangements and renewal terms with the team before relying on an address for banking or other registrations.
