The information to collect before your Irish company incorporation application is prepared. Use this guide to prepare your questions and information before applying.
Company and address details
Prepare the proposed company name, type, business activity and registered office. Make sure the name is consistent across your application and constitution. A physical registered office in Ireland is required.
Officers and ownership
Identify directors, secretary and subscribers. Agree the share allocation rather than leaving it to the last minute. Check officer identification requirements and the director residency route before submitting details.
Constitution and signatures
The application is accompanied by a constitution. We prepare the core formation documents for review and signature. Incomplete or inconsistent information can lead to the application being returned for correction.
What to expect after submission
The CRO reviews applications in its processing queue. An application reference is not incorporation. Wait for the Certificate of Incorporation before treating the company as registered.
