Your ambition crosses borders.

Form an Irish company from overseas with a clear understanding of the director residency, identification and address requirements.

The first question is residency.

If at least one director lives in the EEA, an ordinary formation package may suit you. If none do, confirm the Section 137 bond or exemption route before ordering.

Formation with a director bond

The €2,473.90 Non-Resident package includes a two-year bond, formation documents, CRO fee, first annual return and RBO registration. Registered office service is separate.

You still need an Irish address

A company registered in Ireland needs an Irish registered office. If you do not have a suitable address, discuss the €176.00-per-year registered office service.

Prepare identification early

Relevant officers need an appropriate PPSN or IPN route. Send an enquiry to confirm what applies to your proposed directors. Please do not put identification numbers or documents in the public form.

Tax and banking are separate

Incorporation does not guarantee a bank account or determine tax residence. Obtain advice for your cross-border business. Our non-resident formation guide explains the checklist.
