Who is responsible

COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION BUREAU LIMITED, company number 828263, operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@irelandcompanyformation.ie.

Information we collect

When you submit a form we collect the contact details, proposed company name, selected service and message you provide. For formation applications, we collect preferred company names, business activity, company and residential addresses, director and secretary information, share allocations, ownership details, dates of birth and relevant PPSN or IPN details. The questionnaire and acceptance record are encrypted before storage in Cloudflare D1. Authorised admin access is required to read the saved identity information. We also store an order reference, contact details, package, amount and payment status. Stripe handles card information; our website does not receive your full card number.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer your request and formation details to take steps toward providing the service you ask for. Contract performance or pre-contractual steps are the usual basis for service requests. We rely on legitimate interests to protect the site, prevent abuse and keep operational records; legal obligations may apply to completed services.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts the website and database. Stripe processes payments when enabled. Appropriate professional partners may receive information needed to provide requested formation services. Provider processing may occur in other countries. Relevant safeguards should apply where legally required.

Retention

We keep enquiries while needed to respond and follow up, and periodically review older records. Completed service and payment records may be kept for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Request specific retention information or deletion through the contact email.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You can contact the Irish Data Protection Commission or the appropriate supervisory authority about a concern. Some requests are limited by legal record-keeping duties.

Cookies and website storage

The public information pages do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. When you open the payment form, Stripe may use essential payment and fraud-prevention cookies and technical signals. A secure, HttpOnly checkout cookie keeps your own unpaid payment session available for up to one hour; it does not contain the questionnaire or identity numbers. Admin sign-in uses an essential secure session cookie. The site may use browser session storage to retain a proposed company name during your visit. We also keep anonymous daily page-view totals by page and source category (search, AI referral, direct, other referral or crawler). We do not store IP addresses, full referring URLs or identifiers in those totals. Hosting security systems may process technical request information to protect the service.

Please use the right channel

Do not include PPSNs, identity documents or card information in public enquiry fields. Use the secure formation questionnaire for the requested PPSN or IPN details. Do not send identity documents through enquiry fields; the team will explain any further verification process. Dates of birth, addresses and identity numbers are not saved to local or session browser storage.
