Service provider

The service is operated by COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATION BUREAU LIMITED, company number 828263. Contact info@irelandcompanyformation.ie.

Scope and package prices

The package page states the services included and total package price. Additional services are charged separately unless explicitly included. Service availability and the appropriate route depend on your circumstances. For non-standard structures, additional officers or unusual requirements, obtain a confirmed scope before ordering.

Formation requirements

You must provide accurate, complete company, officer and ownership information, meet identification requirements, review the documents and return required signatures. We may request further information or decline an application that cannot meet applicable requirements. An enquiry does not incorporate or reserve a company.

Approval and timing

The CRO decides whether a company name and application are accepted. Timelines depend on the official queue, document completeness and any corrections. We do not guarantee a company name, incorporation date, banking approval, tax registration or a particular tax outcome.

Payments and confirmation

Where Stripe checkout is enabled, the package price is shown before payment. The embedded payment form processes your payment on this website. A browser success screen does not by itself establish that payment succeeded. Payment is confirmed through the payment provider. The formation team then reviews the details before preparing the filing.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change a request. Refund eligibility depends on the work already performed, fees paid to third parties and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, we respect it. Contact the team for the applicable position before asking us to begin work during a cancellation period.

Renewals and ongoing services

Registered office and bond coverage have specified periods. Ongoing accounting, later returns, tax filings and renewals are separate unless explicitly agreed. Confirm renewal fees and arrangements with the team; purchasing formation does not automatically subscribe you to every later service.
